1998 ROCKWOOD-PREMIER 2306 POP-UP CAMPER
We purchased this camper used 2 years ago and have made multiple updates, including completely revamping/glamping the interior. New drapery, reupholstered dinette seats, painted interior with new cabinet hardware, updated counters, and new wood-grain vinyl plank flooring - all in a neutral, modern style of grey, black & taupe, meaning you can add pops of color to your liking. We also added a powerful Fan-Tastic roof fan, new stabilizer jacks, and upgraded the inside lighting to LEDs and put in new outlets with USB ports.
It officially sleeps 6, with "camper" size beds: a king on one end, and queen on the other, and a twin made from the dinette. There's loads of storage in the cabinets, and we're including a kitchen storage mod that provides additional shelving above the sink (see attached photos). There's also a functional cassette toilet, handy for midnight potty runs, as well as an indoor shower. All this with a gross vehicle weight rating of under 2400 lbs - towable by just about anything!
Get the best of both worlds - the sights/sounds/smells of tent camping with many of the luxuries of an RV, all in a compact trailer that is towable behind most vehicles! Once familiar with the process, it can be popped-up in around 15 minutes. If you look at the other pop-ups for sale, some are newer, but few have as many amenities as this one, and none have been glamped-up as tastefully.
