Slideout sidewalls question

Hi All

i was looking at a used 2013 Freedom Express 281RLDS

one thing i noticed was that the side walls (the ones that are hidden when the slideout is in) are not bonded but loose panels.

is this normal on this trailer? Pretty much all other trailers seem to have these panels bonded to the walls
