My wife and I are proud owners of a HUGE LEMON SIZED 2015 silverback 37bh--this is the second summer we have used it at our seasonal site (stays there 365 days) there was several warranty issues with it and are now fixed---now the warranty is over and my wife steps out of the trailer and the top of the step breaks away and she lands flat on her face. I can't beleive that instead of putting a solid bar on the part of the steps that hold all the weight, they put a cheap ***** hollow tube. Now i had to take the steps off so they can be welded back together with a new BAR ROD so it doesn't happen again--checked my rear steps aswell and will do the same with those aswell once the front ones are repaired and back on---TO ALL 37BH OWNERS--please check your steps so it doesn't happen to you.
CEDAR CREEK is lucky there isn't a law suit for making crappy cheap steps!!!!!!
