We currently tow a 2015 Honda Fit behind our MBS motorhome. I know the capacity of the receiver and the maximum all-up weight for the MH plus what is being towed - but I'm trying to determine the heaviest vehicle/trailer anyone is towing behind their MBS chassis.
We are planning a trip to Alaska, probably next year and I'm not convinced the Fit is the best vehicle for the Alaska highway. We drove the highway two years ago in our son's 4X4 Tacoma from near Whitehorse to Alberta and there were no issues. However, we would like to go all the way to Fairbanks and I understand the road up past Whitehorse is not in the best shape.
I have a 1992 4Runner that could be towed easily, but I think it would be a struggle for the MBS chassis, especially in the Rockies.
So what are you towing and how does the MBS do in the mountains?
