Westlake tires

I was curious about the overall quality and success of the stock tires ( Westlake) that came on my 29HFS. I read reviews that said the China tire is a discount tire missing some common tire components used commonly in the US. I am not near my camper to write down the model, but some Westlake's have been recalled. Does anyone know if they were the ones installed stock on the XLR?
I hear too many times when a tire blows it damage the camper fenders. Any comments with their experience with the Westlake tire is appreciated.
