Freedom Express Rock Guard

We just took delivery of our 320 BHDS Liberty Edition. As I was waking around the coach yesterday I was looking at the front cap and could not see or feel the rock guard coating that should be applied to the front nose cap. On the lower half, all I feel is the gel coat and graphics.

Any thoughts?
