Loose slideout floor

I have a 290RLT and while working inside with the slides in I stepped on the floor near the corner of the slide near the refrigerator and the floor separated from the bottom of the slide. Anyone know how the floor is attached to the slide?

I hope I can put the slide out and access underneath to reattach the floor but have not had a chance to look at it.
