The water flow in the shower of our 30IOK was terrible, I removed the restriction oriface in the shower head and I'm quite happy with the results. I know some people prefer to replace the entire shower head, this was an easy and cheap fix. The oriface is about the size of a dime with with two 2mm holes drilled in it. I also installed a bypass with a valve on the grey tank outlet so I can dump the grey into a bucket without contaminating the water by passing it through the main sewer outlet. We go through lots of water, but I can fill the tank using the winterizing inlet and a five gallon jug. Really happy with this setup.
