Wildwood AC not cooling

We have a Wildwood 273QBXL..... The lowest we can get the inside temp is 83... If we are not cooking... Lol.... 93 if we are.... The outside temp is 100..... Is this normal? It sure takes the fun out of camping in the summer! Lol
