BAL Lock - arm Stabilizer bar

I am thinking of installing BAL Lock-arm stabilizer bars on my 2015 Puma 32DBKS. For anyone who has installed them can you tell me how many bars you installed and where on the trailer did you install them. My trailer has two scissor jacks on the rear that are perpendicular to the frame, however, both front scissor jacks are on an angle and on the "A" frame. Will these bars work with the jacks with the angle?
