Replacing faucet

Just a quick question here I'm trying to replace the faucet on my truck camper and wondering if there is a standard for best to buy or any suggestions. This one (factory) started leaking after just one season.

Any help would be great and also any ideas on best ways to access the under sink compartment as it's extremely tight on my 1251.
