2015 Hemisphere 286RLT Couch & Kit Fridge Slide squeals & squeeks when going in or out

Our new F/R Salem 5er has the large driver side slide-out making a loud squeaking noise as it goes in or out. I have been told it might be a plastic or similar material bearing block out of place or missing in the drive train area? The slide moves ok, and lube doesn't seem to help any, so how serious is this, and should I look for a Forest River dealer to address this? Or what could it be?
