Sunshade not working

I tried replying to the other thread but it was too old

I just got my RV back from the dealer getting some things fixed. I went to lower the shade and it stopped 3/4 of the way down. Then I try to raise it up and it only goes up a little bit and stops.

I read the attachment in the old thread about resetting.

I do not know where to find this "Setting key/learning wire switch"

Can anyone help with this?
