We came back from a week-long road trip in April and all was well. Took the trailer down three weeks ago for the annual inspection and couldn't close the fridge door (we leave the freezer and fridge doors open to air out between trips).  Everytime I tried it would spring back. Looked down and noticed the bottom bracket was sticking out. Called the dealer and they said bring it right down. So we did. They called this week and said the black door panels had warped in the heat (Uuhhh.....what heat? It has been quite chilly lately!) and needed replacement. They are a Forest River install and the parts must come from Forest River. The service manager said that it was an issue in all of their SolAires; they had just replaced panels on three trailers on the lot. Anyone else experience this? Never had any trouble with any of our other trailers (including a Forest River Rockwood Ultralite).
