We have a 2015 Roo 21BD and when opening it up to prepare for our 3 month trip which starts next week the slide is not working. There is no noise and no action. Checked fuses in fuse box inside and all appear intact, Checked batteries and both register full. Everything seems to work on electric and battery inside. Everything worked fine last fall when we winterized it. What are we missing? Is there another fuse box somewhere? or reset button that we don't know about? I am hoping it is something simple, don't we all. Of course local FR dealership is busy and I get that. We do know how to use manual crank to get it out and in but hoping we can resolve this with your help. Thanks
