I have been trying to get a minor piece of trim for my FR-3. I have called the closest 2 dealers in the area (one where I bought it). One just won't return calls and the other has given me a story that she has to call FR with the VIN and part description and then they call her back with the PN and then she will call me to let me order. Ok, but she doesn't call back (or FR doesn't call her back.) I want to order and pay for the item. It is not a warranty issue. I get far better results dealing with a Chinese Help Desk. I have looked all over the FR websites and can't find any phone numbers there. Does ANYONE have the secret code for ordering a part?
